This large and complex coffee table is extremely functional as well as beautiful to look at.  The one half which is made of tile is actually the size of a table in itself.  The metal parts which make up the rest of the top are made from very strong and rigid wire, actually small woven rods.  There is no flex or “give” to this surface.  The steel has been carefully oxidized to a beautiful orange color which complements the blue, green and whites found on the handmade tiles.

Everything has been coated with a strong, clear sealer.

All parts of this table are constructed from solid steal.  The legs are complete sculptures in themselves, consisting as they do, of square and round elements fused seamlessly together.  All of the mesh sections are edged with solid steel that has been hand formed to give everything a finished, sophisticated look.

There is even a semi-hidden shelf underneath for storing books, papers or art materials.
